It was Easter, so we had an egg hunt. The Easter bunny hid eggs inside since it was so cold. Cold enough to snow. Unfortunately the video camera fritzed on the first clip and did not save it. So we don’t have the girls coming out and seeing their candy stuffed baskets.

The video picks up after Mia has decided to put on her Halloween costume. There is nothing quite like a chick searching for eggs on Easter morning.

If you don’t see a video above, or just to see a slightly higher resolution video, go to my SmugMug site.

stitches

Posted by pomranka On March - 21 - 2008 Comments

On Tuesday as I was rounding up the girls to go to school I put my hand through our glass storm door. Yes, it was a stupid move. No, I am not going to tell the whole story. It is not that exciting. Let’s just say that I thought the door was Plexiglas and when I “punched” it to get it to open, it did not so much as open as it did shatter.

Anyway, click the photo to see it on Flickr and be sure to look at the original size so you can see the detail of the electric blue stitches.

Mom = Jennifer = Hottie

No photo this time, but a cute story.

I was playing dolls with Mia (my 3 year old daughter) last night and one thing we always have to do is make up names for the dolls we are each “being.” As we were figuring out who was who I asked Mia my name. She said “daddy” and that made me ask her if she knew what mommy calls me. Right away she said, “Jeff.” Ok, I asked her “What do I call mommy?”

Without a thought she replies, “Hottie.”
