Moon over Clayton
Just the moon.
Late March snowstorm makes a pretty morning dog walk.
I was a little surprised at the amount of snow we got yesterday, about 4 inches! While it was not fun yesterday while I was delivering mulch with the Wash U soccer team, this morning it made my walk with Lily, a little nicer.
What a Valentine’s Day!
It was a lovely Valentine's Day at our home. Jennifer decorated the table with great home-made hearts and paper chains. After a lovely diner of beer battered fish with a side of mac & cheese with peas on top, we opened our cards. Everyone got about six each thanks to the girls making multiple cards for everyone.
I feel pretty fortunate and very loved.
Sledding!!
When eight inches of snow dumps on St. Louis, you can pretty much be assured it will be a Snow Day!

Today was unique for our family, because the snow planets aligned and everyone was off! So sledding was a definite must. Here is how the day went.
First we had to clean the cars off.

Then we found out with this much powdery snow, it can easily find its way to an exposed wrist. Nothing a toe sock with a few well placed snips can’t fix.
Then we finally made it to the hill.
The sledding was then followed by great soup at the Bread Co.
