Goose on a dock.

A goose made it home/nest on the dock at my sister’s house.  We had hoped the eggs would hatch while we were in Loveland, but no such luck.

How great would it be to wake up every morning and have that be the first thing you see? I think it would help make each day start a little better.

My grandparents’ house in Loveland has such an interesting bathroom.

It has one of the deepest tubs, but shortest showers. The ceiling in the shower is probably not even six feet tall. It makes taking a shower a challenge when one is 6′ 5″. But I have such great memories of playing in the tub when I was a kid. For the curious people, it is made of “luster rock”. I am not sure if that is the correct spelling, but my grandmother loved the stuff! It is in both bathrooms, the kitchen and even the stairs are made of it.
