KKROCKS is a friend of mine from the old days at Paraquad. I have been trying to help her get her own blog up and running and here it is. My personal opinion is that she should have gone with www.kkrocks.com, but she decided on www.crazee4sports.com. Either way, it will be fun to follow her as she builds her racing career.

It was almost warm day in St. Louis so we got up early and went to the great St. Louis Zoo. Like every other dad, I brought the camera and took a lot of pictures of the girls and animals. I did not post too many animal pictures, but you can see them all on my flickr page with the tag Zoo.

My last day at Paraquad was March 8, 2006. I almost made it to seven years. It has been a great run, thanks to everyone who has taught me so much about disability and the independent living movement. My outlook on life has been changed forever.
